Boston And The Gecko

So this is how our Boston trip went. We started planning it a couple months ago...the people that were going...Brad & Dee, my parents & Sam, Ronnie & Bonnie Bahler, Marcy Bahler and Ashley Lug. Who ended up going??? Marcy, Ashley and I :) Marcy's dad (Ronnie) had an accident and broke his pelvis so they couldn't go. Brad and Deanna decided to go to New York (state not city) because Aunt Alice invited them up there to make candy and since Brad and Dee were going up there my parents decided to go too. So that was that and it was just the three of us :) It was a lot of fun though and it was a really nice relaxing day. The weather was about as perfect as you could get for Boston in December. It was clear blue skies and 35 degrees. I love Boston...I don't know why but I just do. I think it's mostly because of it's old buildings and brick roads and Quincy Market. I enjoyed the best clam chowda' I've eva' had :)

On the T heading into Boston in the AM. Unfortunately that's the only picture I took of us all day. I had really good intentions of getting some good pictures of all of us together but as you can see it didn't happen.

The tree there was absolutely GINORMOUS!!! Look at it compared to the people waking by it! It was soooo big.

I love the New England-y look of Boston especially when it's decorated for Christmas.

Here's the gecko pictures I told you all I'd put up. It wasn't the easiest thing to get up on as you can see :) Doesn't that look like fun though???

Just For A Little Laugh...

...or maybe a big one :) I laughed so hard I almost couldn't breath! Sarah showed me this and it's just so contagious. Hope you all enjoy it!

(I think you're gonna have to copy and paste this link. I don't know how to get it so you can just click on it :( Sorry!)
I haven't taken any pictures lately and there isn't really anything new so sorry! Except that Sarah took some pictures of Sam and I for our Christmas card and we were driving to where we were gonna take them and we passed a billboard (a short one; short being relative to billboards) that was for Geico and it had the gecko on it. So Sarah suggested that we stop there on our way home and jump up on the billboard to take a picture with the gecko. So we did...and I have pictures...and I'll post them as soon as I get them :) Keep checking for them!

Oh and by the way the billboard was fairly high off the ground but at one end it was prolly about 6 or 7 feet so I stood on Sam's leg and got up that way. But we were standing on the other end...prolly about 13-15 feet off the ground! It was fun :)
